No. Assistly uses its own keyword-matching engine against your knowledge base. There are no external AI API calls, no per-query costs, and no latency from third-party services.
You connect Assistly to your Google account via OAuth 2.0 in the plugin settings. Once connected, booked meetings appear in your calendar, existing events block availability, and Google Meet links are generated for every booking.
Yes. Show it site-wide, only on specific pages you select, or everywhere except a chosen list. There is also a shortcode [human_like_chatbot] for manual placement.
All data — leads, meetings, interactions, Q&A pairs — is stored in your own WordPress database. Nothing reaches external servers except your optional webhook endpoint and Google Calendar.
Your order is reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, a license key is created in your account. Log in, copy the key, and activate it in the Assistly Settings page in WordPress.
